How to Quickly Smooth Skin in Lightroom 2023
Learn how to quickly smooth skin in Lightroom. Use the new masking in Lightroom to select face and body skin. Choose one of the presets to soften skin.
Smooth Skin in Lightroom

In the development module, click on the Masking Icon.
Where it says People you will see the lightroom has detected a person.
Click on the Person’s Image.

Deselect Entire Person.
Then check, Face Skin, and Body Skin if necessary.
Check where it says Create 2 separate masks.
Click Create Mask.

You have 2 separate masks.
Hoover over the mask you want to work on first.
I’ll select the Face Skin.

Select the Custom Dropdown.
Choose Soften Skin or Soften Skin Lite.
Adjust the Amount Slider to your liking.
