Use Color Sampler Tool in Photoshop

Let me show you how to sample any color outside of Photoshop.

Click on the eyedropper tool in your menu bar

Clicking on a color in your document will pick that color

If you click and hold down your mouse you will see the circle around your cursor.

With the mouse down move your cursor outside of the photoshop window.

You will see the foreground color changing in the photoshop color swatch.

Let go of your mouse when you have the color you want.

Now you can use that color
